The s’mores are speaking out…for Fair Trade! This summer, let your S’mores make a statement! By making S’mores with Fair Trade Certified chocolate, you will be sending a message to Hershey and the rest of the cocoa industry that:
* We want an END to poverty and abusive child labor in the cocoa industry
* We want our chocolate to be FAIR TRADE Certified
The goal is to make 1,500 Fair Trade S’mores and members of social justice, environmental, faith-based, labor and other organizations nationwide will be teaming up to meet this goal!
It’s easy and delicious!
You can participate in the comfort of your own home or whenever you go to a summer barbecue/campfire/bonfire. You can also use the S’mores Action as a fun summer event to keep your social group/club/congregation/school/workplace/etc excited and involved!
